Confidentiality and Quality Assurance

Services provided by MFCM are confidential and all client information is treated in the strictest of confidence as specified by the Data Protection Act 1995.

MFCM is registered with the Scottish Care Commission and a member of the United Kingdom Homecare Association.

MFCM are providers of services throughout central Scotland to Social Work Departments, NHS Forth Valley Primary Care Operating Division, as well as private clients.

MFCM has public liability indemnity insurance cover for up to £10 Million in the event of a genuine claim against the company: MFCM encourages feedback and suggestions on its services and has a formal complaints procedure.
